Personal information will only be made available to other parties where this is necessary as part of the work being carried out. It may be necessary for information to be provided to local authorities, government agencies (eg. The Planning Inspectorate), Regulators, (eg. The Local Ombudsman) and statutory consultees. Where it is necessary as part of a statutory process, such as the determination of an opposed public path order or modification order, documents may be made available for public inspection at a local authority’s offices
